Amorphous alloy three-phase oil-immersed transformer

The transformer can transform the voltage of the power network into the voltage needed by the system or load to realize the functions of electricity energy transmission and distribution . 1. Amorphous alloy is a new type strip material , Amorphous alloy material does not have crystal structure .

2.  A new type of energy-saving transformer can by made by this material core , the no-load loss is at least 75% lower than the S11 type distribution transformer . The iron core is a rolled iron core structure with three-phase and five column terminal , the section is rectangle .

3. The core is rectangle , and the high voltage is wound with enamelled wire , the low voltage is wound with flat wire or copper foil , to increase the ability of the transformer’s resistance of short circuit .

4. The transformer connection group adopts DYN11 to avoid the influence of high-order harmonics , strong resistance to unbalanced load , and improve the quality of power supply significantly .

5. The transformer adopts vacuum oil injection ,which can completely eliminate the air bubbles in the coil and ensure the stable insulation performance .

6. The oil storage tank is cancelled , and the oil pipe is replaced by the corrugated or plate radiator as the cooling element . The oil tank has an air cushion , which can be compressed with the volume expansion of the transformer oil .
